  • Country refers to: Delaware, United States
  • means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.   • Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.   Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • Website refers to BookingBee, accessible from  https://bookingbee.ai/   You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

  • LinkedIn

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service’s account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service’s account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Information from integrated Third-party tools

The Company will get access from you to integrate with the third party sources, with all due permissions we will connect, communicate, modify, add,  delete your data on the integrating system. 

Privacy Policy Updates for Google Calendar and Google Mail Integration

BookingBee.ai is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the secure handling of your personal information. To comply with the Google API Service: User Data Policy, we have updated our privacy policy to clearly describe how our application accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar with BookingBee.ai, our application will:

Access and Create New Calendars: BookingBee.ai will access your Google Calendar to create a new calendar specifically for managing appointments through our platform.

Add Appointments: BookingBee.ai will add new appointments to your Google Calendar based on the booking information provided by you and your customers.

Check for Free Slots: To ensure efficient scheduling, BookingBee.ai will check for available time slots in your Google Calendar to avoid conflicts and manage your appointments seamlessly.

Delete Appointments: BookingBee.ai will have the capability to delete appointments that were created through our platform, either at your request or due to rescheduling or cancellation.

Reschedule Appointments: BookingBee.ai will reschedule appointments that were created through our platform, adjusting them to new available time slots as needed.

Google Mail Integration

When you connect your Google Mail (Gmail) account with BookingBee.ai, our application will:

Send Emails: BookingBee.ai will send emails to intended recipients on your behalf, using the connected Gmail account. These emails will include the content and subject provided by you or your customers.

User-Intended Content and Subject: The content and subject of the emails sent through BookingBee.ai will be as specified by you or your customers, ensuring that communications are relevant and personalized.

Data Usage and Storage

Limited Data Access: BookingBee.ai’s use of Google user data is strictly limited to the functions described above. We will not access, use, store, or share your Google user data beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

Data Security: BookingBee.ai employs robust security measures to protect your Google user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

User Consent: By integrating your Google Calendar and Google Mail with BookingBee.ai, you consent to the described access, usage, and storage of your Google user data.

Data Sharing

No Unauthorized Sharing: BookingBee.ai will not share your Google user data with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to protect our rights.

Transparency: We are committed to transparency regarding how we handle your data and will notify you of any changes to our data usage practices.

Google Calendar and Gmail Integration Disclosure

BookingBee.ai complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our app accesses and uses Google Calendar to manage appointments and Gmail to send user-intended emails. We ensure secure handling of your data and do not share it with unauthorized parties and Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. For more details, please refer to the  Google API Services User Data Policy .

“BookingBee.ai’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to  Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.”

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • Information from your Device’s phone book (contacts list)

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at anytime, through Your Device settings.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:
